(JV)(IIG) is a boutique investment immigration firm specializing inCanada’s Start-Up Visa Program, along with other second residency and citizenship-by-investment pathways. Through our venture arm, JV, we also incubate and scaleglobal startups across Fintech, SaaS, Cleantech, Agri-tech, and other emerging technologies.Led by Founder & Managing Director Ronit Sharma, we work hands-on with internationalfounders to structure venture-backed startups, raise early-stage funding, and navigate theCanadian immigration system via the Start-Up Visa Program to Canada. Our approach is fast-paced, client-focused, and highlyentrepreneurial, positioning us as a unique bridge between global founders, investors, andCanadian innovation.About the RoleWe are hiring a full-time Business Administration & Operations Associate on a 6-monthcontract to support and grow our work across investment immigration and startup incubation.This is not a narrowly defined desk role - you will wear many hats, manage competing priorities,and dive into details across immigration files, global founders, and portfolio startups. The role isfully remote, but intensity and responsiveness are non-negotiable.You will manage day-to-day administration of immigration files under Canada’s Start-Up VisaProgram, coordinate with corporate law firms and government-designated organizations, andhandle client communications with international founders. In parallel, you will support thosesame founders through incubation and early-stage venture operations, ensuring compliance withprogram requirements and helping them prepare key deliverables.It is a demanding, fast-moving environment where high attention to detail, structured execution,and adaptability are critical. The role will suit someone entrepreneurial, resourceful, and eager towork directly with founders across multiple global startups.Key Responsibilities / Client & Stakeholder Relations Operations & Administration Manage daily administrative workflows, records, and documentation across IIG & JV. Coordinate with legal and corporate law partners on immigration and incorporation files. Support internal process building and reporting to senior leadership. Act as a point of contact for startup founders during incubation. Prepare agendas, track deliverables, and ensure founders remain aligned with programmilestones. Handle contracts, sensitive records, and documentation with accuracy and confidentiality Lead client communications with professionalism and clarity.Startup Operations & Incubation Activities Assist with drafting detailed business plans for startups through market research,competitor analysis, and financial assumptions. Create and refine pitch decks, teasers, and supporting materials for investor meetings. Support portfolio founders through structured incubation: designing trackers, assigningdeliverables, and ensuring compliance with Start-Up Visa incubation requirements. Facilitate 1-on-1 incubation sessions with startup founders, tracking activity, andmaintaining clear progress documentation.Sales & Growth Support Participate in introductory sales meetings with prospective clients. Prepare polished summaries and follow-up communications. Support pipeline tracking and relationship management.Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field (or equivalentpractical experience). 2-4 years of experience in administration, operations, consulting, or venture/startupenvironments preferred. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills with ability to manage competing priorities and strictdeadlines. Proficiency in Google Workspace, Zoom, and productivity/project management tools. High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail. Sales or client relations experience is a plus.
