Each day we build on our values of respect, integrity, and accountability to create a culture of inclusion where everyone can thrive at work and beyond.ResponsibilitiesRhythm of Business (RoB)Define, prepare and setup RoB in construction with leadership team.Taking meeting notes and tracking action items to closure.Manage All-hands, Townhalls, Customer visits, Events, etc.Business OperationsAnticipate procurement needs and plan for the same.Creation and tracking of purchase orders for vendors.Tracking of budgets and actualsCoordinate with various support teams RE&F, HR, Vendors, Finance, etc. on operational issues.Executive SupportSupport senior executives travel itineraries, calendar, expenses, etc.Support end to end logistics and schedules for our external/internal executives. including coordination with various levels of globally distributed teams.Team Support.Executively plan and organize team morale events.Tune into the pulse of the teams and anticipate their needs ahead of time and plan.QualificationsRequired Qualifications:7+ years Administrative, Business Support, and/or customer service experience.Excellent written and verbal communication skillsPlanning and execution skills – for driving various events and offsitesAbility to build effective cross-group working relationships and work collaboratively with people at all levels of the organisationAbility to work effectively under pressure, calmly and confidently with a can-do attitudeHigh level of integrity and ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalismProficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio and PowerPoint QualificationsSolid Project Management skillsPreferred Qualifications7+ years of experience in Business Administration Role in IT Industry.This position will be open for a minimum of 5 days, with applications accepted on an ongoing basis until the position is filled.Microsoft is an equal opportunity employer.
