Our mission is to bridge innovation and opportunity through tailored support and a collaborative ecosystem.Role DescriptionWe are seeking a motivated Business Advisor & Development Consultant to join our growing network of advisors to support international entrepreneurs while helping expand our reach through business development and client acquisition.Key Responsibilities:Client Advisory & Business PlanningWork with assigned clients to review, evaluate, and refine their business plans in alignment with AAIP–FGES standards.Provide structured feedback on business models, market research, operations, and financial projections.Deliver professional coaching sessions and written feedback reports.Collaborate with the Elite Startup Hub advisory panel to ensure business plan quality and compliance with program guidelines.Business Development & Client AcquisitionIdentify and engage potential clients through outreach, partnerships, and networking.Promote Elite Startup Hub’s business planning and incubation services to entrepreneurs and other consultants.Manage leads and conversion of interested clients into paid participants in the FGES business advisory program.Maintain accurate records of new client referrals and engagement outcomes.QualificationsDegree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Economics, or Entrepreneurship (MBA preferred).Minimum 2–4 years of experience in business advisory, consulting, or business development.Strong knowledge of startup ecosystems and small business operations in Canada.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple client engagements simultaneously.Join a growing innovation network supporting international entrepreneurs.Earn performance-based income with unlimited growth potential.Collaborate with a dynamic team involved in one of the premier entrepreneurship programmes.
