In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and supporting data-driven decision-making across the organization.You will collaborate closely with stakeholders from operations, product, finance, and marketing to translate business needs into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.If you enjoy working with data, solving problems, and driving business efficiency, we’d love to hear from you.🎯 Key ResponsibilitiesGather, analyze, and interpret business data to identify trends and opportunities.Work with stakeholders to define business requirements and project objectives.Develop reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to support decision-making.Conduct process analysis and recommend operational improvements.Assist in forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis where required.Support project planning, documentation, and implementation efforts.Monitor KPIs and evaluate business performance against targets.Prepare clear documentation, reports, and presentations for leadership.✅ RequirementsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, BI tools is a plus).Basic understanding of business processes and performance metrics.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to translate data into meaningful insights.Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field preferred.Previous experience in analytics, consulting, or operations is an advantage.
