Business Analyst - AI/ML/LLM

Key Responsibilities:Gather and document business and technical requirements for LLM integration, RAG pipelines, and agent orchestration.Analyse enterprise data systems, define secure connector and ELT pipeline needs, and ensure data governance.Specify agent automation, workflow orchestration, and performance metrics.Define user management, bot configuration, and monitoring dashboards.Support testing, UAT, and security validation (VAPT).Manage stakeholder communication, sprint planning, and status reporting.Requirements:Bachelor’s in Business Administration / IT / Computer Science.4+ years in business analysis for tech projects; 2+ years in AI/ML or LLM implementations.Experience in Talend – must have.Strong understanding of RAG architecture, AWS, and enterprise integrations.Familiar with AI governance, API management, and MLOps practices.Excellent stakeholder management and requirements documentation skills.
