Join our team at NHG Health Group Clinical Education as a Software Engineer Intern! You will gain rare experience in working with our clinician educators and administrators to develop education-related AI (and non-AI) applications in healthcare education. You will have the opportunity to work on two 6-figure grants to push the boundaries of AI-eNabled Education!Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, maintain and enhance AINE applications (no-code and low-code tools, web-based learning utilities)Support development of prototype AI tools (e.g. clinical simulators, rostering tools)Assist in requirement gathering, rapid prototyping, testing and iterative refinement with healthcare stakeholdersEnsure proper documentation and version control RequirementsTechnical Skills:Familiarity with web development (HTML/CSS/JS)Experience with Python preferredUnderstanding of APIs, system architecture or deployment toolsBasic familiarity with GenAI / LLM tools (e.g. OpenAI, Claude) is an advantageExperience with Replit or similar development platform is a plus Soft Skills:Strong curiosity and willingness to learn in a healthcare landscapeGood communication skills and ability to work with clinical stakeholdersProblem-solving mindset with attention to detailSelf-driven with ability to work independently and collaboratively Preferred backgroundCurrently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems or related fields.Interest in healthcare, education technology or innovation. Internship DetailsFull-time internship (3 months) from 24th November 2025 to 31st March 2026.Possibility of extension based on performance and business needs.
