Job Description

Position: Bilingual Business Analyst - HR & Payroll We are looking for Business Analyst and drive HR & Payroll transformation projects. In this role, you will collaborate with HRIS team to define business requirements, lead business analysis activities, and ensure successful delivery within an agile framework.Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage business analysis activities for HR & Payroll projectsDiscuss and define business requirements with HRIS teamGather, analyze, and document business requirementsCreate user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteriaCollaborate with development teams to ensure accurate implementationFacilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholdersSupport process improvements and best practices in business analysisSkills and Qualifications:Strong understanding of business analysis principlesExperience in agile methodologyExcellent communication skills in English and JapaneseAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentAnalytical mindset with problem-solving skillsExperience with HR systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) is a strong plusCertifications such as CBAP or PMI-PBA are preferred
