Location: Melbourne, VIC or Sydney, NSWWe’re looking for a Business Analyst with deep expertise in Records and Knowledge Management to join our MIPS Transformation Program. This is a key role in designing and implementing our new Document Management System (DMS) and Customer Correspondence Management (CCM) platforms—transforming how we manage organisational knowledge and member communications.What You’ll Be DoingAssist to lead requirements gathering and design for a unified DMS across policy, claims, legal, and correspondence documentsDevelop metadata schemas, folder structures, retention rules, and compliance frameworksBuild multi-channel CCM workflows and personalised communication templatesEstablish governance aligned with APRA CPS230 and privacy regulationsEnable AI-powered document search, indexing, and knowledge sharingCollaborate with architects to integrate DMS/CCM with PAS, CRM, Claims, and Data PlatformsWhat You’ll Bring5+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst in document/records/information managementStrong knowledge of enterprise DMS platforms (e.g. SharePoint, OpenText) and CCM toolsExperience with metadata, taxonomies, and compliance frameworksFamiliarity with API integration, OCR, and AI-based document classificationBonus: Experience in APRA-regulated environments or legacy system migrationsQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Information Management, Business Administration, Library Science, or relatedDesirable: Certifications in information governance (CIP, CRM, IGP)Why MIPS?At MIPS, we protect healthcare professionals so they can focus on caring for others.
