You will play a key role in supporting initiatives that enhance our payments capabilities, improve client experiences, and streamline internal processes.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field.4+ years of experience in banking, cash management, payments, business analysis or a related role.Strong analytical, reporting and problem-solving skills.Familiarity with ISO 20022 and file formats.Proficiency in Excel and other data analysis tools.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.Working knowledge of retail and business banking environmental awareness / understanding.Technical proficiency gained through education and/or business experience.Influence, collaboration & team skills - In-depth.Data driven decision making - In-depth.Methodology and process – goodDesirable: Software and systems architecture knowledge – good
