Job SummaryPrimarily responsible for the conduct of business process and system analysis/activities with focus on providing guidelines and advisories in support of branches. Ensure that applications are behaving the way they are expected to function before release of draftsHow will you contribute?Deliver the required output for the assigned initiative. Ensure that applications are behaving the way they are expected to function before release of draftsDefine and document procedures and workflowsCoordinate with stakeholders.Conduct training of branch systems and processes.Review, analyze, and provide resolution/support on issues encountered by Branches.Keeps abreast of updates on the Bank and BSP policies as stipulated in the Anti Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing Prevention Program (MLPP) through circulars, required seminars/programs.Perform other roles in the SDLC, as needed.What will make you successful?College graduate, preferably Business or Industrial Engineering backgroundWorking knowledge of business analysis and business process managementAt least 2 years in the financial services industryPossesses critical thinking, analytical thinking and problem solving skillsWith effective communication skills and technical writing skillsAble to learn fast and assimilate new learningsResourceful and can work with minimum supervisionWith a “can-do” mindset
