The ideal candidate will focus on enhancing our software solutions for data workflow and analytics, trading, and portfolio management, working closely with clients, gathering requirements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.Responsibilities:Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutionsCollaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements and understand their needs and objectivesTranslate business needs into detailed functional specifications for the development teamEnsure all requirements are clearly communicated and understood by all parties involvedWork closely with software development teamsMonitor and report on the effectiveness and efficiency of implemented solutionsCommunicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful project deliveryConduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the software meets business needs and quality standardsCollect, analyze, and interpret financial and operational data to support decision-making processesProvide training and support to end-users on new software features and functionalitiesRequirements5+ years of proven experience in business analysis within the alternative investment and SaaS/software product spaceStrong understanding of public market securities (Equity, Fixed Income, Equity Derivates, etc) along with trade life cycle - Subject Matter Expert in the fieldStrong understanding of SaaS solutions and their application in trading and portfolio managementProficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL)Excellent communication and presentation skills in English languageAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsDetail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectivelyExcellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholdersBachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
