The role involves working closely with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements, creating Power BI dashboards and reports, and ensuring data accuracy and performance.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and deploy Power BI reports and dashboards that meet business needsConnect to various data sources (SQL Server, Excel, SharePoint, APIs, etc.) and transform data using Power Query / Power BI Dataflows / DAXCollaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into technical specificationsOptimize report performance and ensure data refresh reliabilityDevelop and maintain datasets, data models, and relationships in Power BIImplement row-level security (RLS) and access control as neededTroubleshoot data issues and perform data validation to ensure accuracy and consistencyStay current with Power BI updates and recommend new features or improvementsSupport ad-hoc reporting requests and training for business usersCollaborate with data engineers and database administrators to ensure efficient data pipelinesRequirements3-5 years of experience developing reports and dashboards in Power BIStrong proficiency in: Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) and Power Query (M language) SQL (query writing and optimization)Experience working with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, Azure SQL, Oracle)Understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing conceptsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication skills and ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related fieldBenefitsYou would be part of an incredible international team of smart and driven individuals, working on the latest technology and at the forefront of automation and innovation.
