Our culture celebrates difference, values creativity, and champions each team member’s unique potential.The OpportunityWe’re looking for a Business Analyst to help deliver a next-generation global payment platform that enables innovative pre-paid card services.You’ll be the key connection between Product and Technology teams — translating business needs into clear, actionable requirements, ensuring the agile squads deliver with precision and purpose. You’ll also play a critical role in refining payment processes, enhancing automation, and driving operational excellence across the platform.What You’ll DoBreak down large product features into clear, prioritised user stories with measurable acceptance criteria.Collaborate with stakeholders to define and document requirements, ensuring alignment across teams.Create detailed process maps, data flows, and visual documentation to communicate complex concepts.Capture and validate non-functional requirements including performance, scalability, and security.Identify business rules, dependencies, and process improvement opportunities.Work closely with developers and product owners to clarify requirements and validate solutions.Support discovery activities, user acceptance testing (UAT), and release readiness.Participate actively in agile ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.What You’ll BringStrong knowledge of card payment processes including authorisation, clearing, settlement, reconciliation, and fraud monitoring.Experience in agile delivery, ideally within fintech, banking, or payments.Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to model business processes and translate complex needs into actionable insights.Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving and collaboration abilities.Proven experience working across cross-functional, multi-location teams.What’s on OfferWe believe people do their best work when they’re supported and trusted.
