emagine is seeking a Business Analyst AI / GenAI for one of its key accounts.Location: ParisStart: ASAPDuration: > 12 monthsRemote: 2 or 3 days per weekSummary: The service provider’s personnel will serve as a Business Analyst, supporting the client’s AI Transformation program by managing, documenting business operations, consolidating insights, and creating comprehensive blueprints and roadmaps for AI capabilities and solutions across the organization.Main Responsibilities:Business analysis: Analyze current business processes, gather user-level and organizational requirements, and document them for the technical team.Drive alignment: Translate complex business needs into actionable user stories and business requirements, ensuring alignment and clear communication across teams.Risk assessment: Identify ethical, legal, and operational risks related to AI initiatives, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.Solution design: Provide input into the selection of suitable AI models and define how these solutions will address business goals, in collaboration with technical teams.Impact monitoring: Perform continuous monitoring of AI scaling performance to assess outcomes, optimize solutions, and ensure the initiative’s effectiveness over time.Change management: Support change management efforts, enabling stakeholders to adopt new AI-enabled processes effectively and tracking the transformation’s progress.AI scaling roadmap: Create and maintain transformation and solution scaling roadmaps, and track key milestones to keep the AI initiative focused and successful.Opportunity identification: Identify new opportunities for efficiency, process improvements, and business growth.Key Requirements:Proven expertise in business analysis or project management, ideally within the insurance, health, and AI/GenAI domains.Familiarity with tools and systems used in claims and underwriting operations, including data management platforms and automation tools.Understanding of business processes, especially in health insurance and expertise in blueprints and workflows.Ability to analyze processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose improvements.Proven expertise in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.Availability for immediate start (ASAP) and ability to travel as required.Nice to Have:Deep understanding of AI technologies and their business applications.Additional certifications in business analysis, project management, or relevant fields (e.g., Data/AI).Multilingual: English is mandatory; French or Spanish is preferred.Proficiency in project management software and tools.Strong leadership and collaboration skills.Excellent communication abilities.Other Details: This role is remote for 2 or 3 days per week and has a duration of over 12 months.
