We’re proud to foster an inclusive environment driving innovation and excellence, and we welcome you to join us on our mission to shape the future of clinical development.The RoleWe are looking for motivated In-house CRA (CTC/CTA profile) based in the Paris/Ile-de-France area to join our sponsor dedicated CRA team!You will join a dynamic and engaging team of consultants, and you will have a dedicated line manager both at the client site and at ICON to support you throughout this journey.Trial And Site AdministrationTracking (e.g. essential documents) and reporting (e.g. Safety Reports)Ensure collation and distribution of study tools and documentsUpdate clinical trial databases (CTMS) and trackersClinical supply & non‐clinical supply management, in collaboration with other country rolesManage Labeling requirements and coordinate/sign translation change requestDocument ManagementPrepare documents and correspondenceCollate, distribute/ship, and archive clinical documentsAssist with eTMF reconciliationUpdating manuals/documents (e.g., patient diaries, instructions)Document proper destruction of clinical supplies.Prepare Investigator trial file bindersExecute eTMF Quality Control PlanObtain translations of documentsMeeting PlanningOrganize meetings (create & track study memos/letters/protocolsSupport local investigator meetings (invitations, prepare materials, select venue, support vendorContributes strongly to CTC team knowledge by acting as Subject Matter ExpertMentors / buddies junior CTCs on process requirementsYou Will NeedA minimum of 1 year of experience as CTA,CTC within CRO/Pharma companyStrong coordination and organizational skillsSkilled knowledge of budget and contract negotiations, local regulatory environment and submission and approval processes, and understanding of how these impact study start-upFluency in French and in EnglishWhat ICON Can Offer YouOur success depends on the quality of our people.
