Collaborating with the team to make sure the requirements are going to be delivered according to customer quality criteria.Partner with developers to define optimized system integration.Education/ExperienceBachelor’s in Electrical and Computer Engineering with 3+ years of experience.Language: Spanish (fluent)Nice To HaveDeep knowledge in one of the following applications: IST Switch Clearing, MAS, CBK, Data Navigator, Fraud Navigator (functional point of view).English (Fluent)Required SkillsIdentifying and building end-user requirementsBilingual Spanish and English (advanced/fluent)Deep knowledge in payments applicationsKnowledge in banking or processing backofficeGreat knowledge and experience on ISO 8583Great knowledge in Payments Network (Card Schemes) concepts, certification process, policies and workflowExperience in business rules for payments applicationsHigh proficiency in business requirement writingExtensive experience with data visualizationCustomer service skillsFollow-up skillsProven analytical abilitiesExperience in generating process documentationExcellent communication skills, with an ability to translate data into actionable insightsLanguage: Spanish (fluent)
