The intern will support day-to-day operations, gain exposure to industry practices, and contribute to real projects under the guidance of experienced professionals.You will be supporting the preparation and creation of inspection reports and other documentation related to inspection analysis results, adhering to NDT Global's templates to create the standard documents, as well as editing and revising documents assigned to standardize and simplify the deliverables for end-users.ResponsibilitiesAssist with: Prepares, formats, and provides content for individual inspection report deliverablesEnsures compliance with technical writing standards, proper grammatical rules, and internal/external industry specifications and regulationsEnsures the Customer's reporting requirements are metCreates, edits, revises, and formats technical documentation inspect reports, policies and procedures and work instructions, process description, forms and checklistsSupport with editing/revising inspection report templates in terms of content, quality, comprehensiveness, styles, tracking changes, document controls, etc.Participate in team meetings and technical discussions.Learn and apply industry standards and tools.Collaborating with cross-functional teams in ongoing projectsLearning Objectives Develop practical skills in reporting, analysis, quality, EnglishUnderstand workflows and quality standards in oil and gas industryGain exposure to technical tools and inspection methodologies.Build professional communication and teamwork abilities.Requirements & QualificationsFinal-year student pursuing a degree in Journalism, Communications, Languages, Technical Writing, Administrative or related fields.Eligibility to sign an internship agreement with your university is required.Availability to commit to a part-time or full-time internship (flexible with academic schedule).Must be proficient in spoken and written Spanish and English.Strong interest in oil and gas industry, pipeline inspections, ILI industryWillingness to learn, collaborate, and contribute to a technical environment.SkillsetFamiliarity with Microsoft Word is a requirementFamiliarity with Acrobat Professional is desirableStrong attention to detail and problem-solving mindsetGood organizational and communication skills.BenefitsFinancial supportFlexibility to work from home and officeAccess to internal training platforms, workshops, and learning resourcesOne-on-one guidance from experienced team members to support learning and career growthOfficial recognition of internship experience, useful for future job applicationsExposure to global teams, diverse cultures, and real-world business practicesHigh-performing interns may be considered for future employment opportunities
