Analyse existing business processes, systems, and workflows to identify improvements and ensure alignment with project goals. Elicit, capture, and translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications. Partner with stakeholders to understand needs, identify opportunities, and define clear business requirements Analyse current processes, systems, and data to design and deliver improvements Translate business problems into practical solutions and technical specifications Support project planning, delivery, and change initiatives Collaborate with technical teams, project managers, and business leaders across the organisation Document user stories, workflows, process maps, and test cases Maintain high standards of documentation using tools like Jira, Confluence, and MS ProjectWhat Experience You’ll Bring3–5 years’ experience as a Business Analyst Experience in any domain: risk, digital, customer, IT, operations, or transformation Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams A curious mindset and a passion for continuous improvement Experience with Agile and tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar Proficient skills in business process modelling, As-Is/To-Be process mapping and data models; Proven track record in supporting complex projects and strategic initiatives. Familiarity with regulated industries (e.g., insurance, finance, healthcare) is a bonus Tertiary qualifications in business, IT, or related field Our Perks Location : All SitesWe are recruiting for multiple positions across our Brisbane and Sunshine Coast locations.
