Business Analyst

Responsibilities:Gather and translate business requirements into functional specifications for development teamsSupport project planning and execution using Agile methodologiesCollaborate closely with developers, QA, UI/UX, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and project successDesign and execute test scenarios (explorative & complex) for both applications and CMS, and optionally develop test scriptsPerform structured testing and report issues clearly with steps to reproduceConduct PostgreSQL queries, including complex joins, inserts, and updates across multiple tablesCreate engaging and clear presentation slides to communicate findings or proposals to stakeholdersRequirementsMust-Have Skills:Strong understanding of Project Management methodologies, especially Agile/ScrumProven experience as Product Owner or System Analyst (web and/or mobile applications)Experience in end-to-end application and CMS testing, from scenario design to executionProficiency in PostgreSQL, including multi-table joins, inserts, and updatesStrong communication skills with the ability to create and deliver effective presentationsWorking experience in FMCG industry or fast-paced environmentsMandatory experience in e-commerce and Sales Force (CRM tools)Nice to Have:Experience in developing and executing test scriptsExposure to mobile application projects with decoupled front-end and back-end architecture (not full-stack)Familiarity with massive push notification traffic on mobile platformsSoft Skills / Work Traits:Strong team collaboration skillsGood communication and clarity in conveying ideasAble to understand instructions easilyResponsible and reliable in handling assigned tasksAble to work independently without micromanagementHiring ProcessValidation Interview (with BINAR Job Connect team)User Interview (portfolio presentation is welcome)Contract ProcessingOnboarding‍All interview conducted onlineWork ArrangementPlacement: East JakartaWork setup: Work from Office (WFO)Contract: 4 months and extendableExpected Start Date: ASAP (immediate joiners preferred)How to Apply?📩 Click the Apply button and fill in the form.
