Business Analyst

Blitz IT, a leading banking & financial technology provider with 150+ clients across 10 countries, is expanding in Vietnam! We’re looking for a Business Analyst working in Hanoi office.The ideal candidate is responsible for managing the end-to-end implementation of various projects. This role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams, to collects and analyzes data to support project goals, and delivering projects on time and within scope. The ideal candidate will have strong, extensive business analysis experience, and a deep understanding of project implementation methodologies.ResponsibilitiesRequirement Gathering and Translate them into clear project specifications for successful implementation.Oversee the full project implementation lifecycle and ensure that all business requirements are accurately defined and met.Identify potential risks and issues during the project lifecycle, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively address challenges to ensure smooth project execution completion time and within department budget.Project DocumentationTrainingQualificationsBachelor degree or above in banking or finance,Knowledge of banking systems or banking solution is an advantage.Good speaking, writing and reading in English language are required.Fast learning and good team work spiritSelf-motivated, able to work independentlyAbility to work well under pressureExcellent account management, negotiation and persuasion skillsPositive "Can Do" attitude and willing to achieve the "unachievable"Enable to work in a fast-paced, high-growth and customer-focused environment
