Job ScopeThe incumbent will be responsible to perform detailed requirement analysis, documenting processes and performing the user acceptance testing. The incumbent will also be required to assist in strategic decision making by evolving integrated business analysis and projections. Key ResponsibilitiesDetermining operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information, evaluating output requirements and formatsDefining project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases, and elements, forming project team, establishing project budgetContributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as neededValidating resource requirements and developing cost estimate modelsInterpreting, evaluating, and interrelating research data and developing integrated business analyses and projections for incorporation into strategic decision-makingSuggesting changes to senior management using analytics to support recommendations and actively participating in the implementation of approved initiatives.
Preparing functional requirement and technical specification documents for the projectsConducting evaluation, testing and implementation of systemsWorking with groups to produce high quality outcomesProducing accurate statements of business requirements written for a non-technical audiencePlaying the role of intermediary between Business & ITEducational RequirementsGraduation or Post Graduation in Information Technology or any relevant field from any reputed university. Required Experience2 - 3 years of experience in Business Analysis or Project Management.
