Business Analyst – Intapp Implementation – Contract - £500 per dayMy Legal client is looking for a Business Analyst to work on the implementation of their Intapp system.Key Deliverables:- Document and/or amend outstanding business processes for all Intapp modules, including obtaining stakeholder approval.- Review Harbor Intake configuration documents to ensure that all requirements are properly included.- Address any queries from developers regarding data capture and workflows.- Collaborate closely with Test teams to assist with test collateral, test execution, and defect resolution.- Resolve actions stemming from detailed design sessions (Intake module).- Engage with the business to identify and document reporting requirements.- Coordinate with IT to identify and document post-live support processes for all Intapp modules.- Consolidate and document the notifications and monitoring rules required for OGC, International, and Finance.Essential Skills: - Proven track record in Intapp implementations, including Intake, Conflicts, Information Barriers, and Terms.- Experience outside the legal industry is essential.- Transformational experience is crucial due to the nature of the programme.- Capacity for independent thinking is required to maintain an unbiased perspective across the change programme.- Strong analytical and requirement gathering skills to drive out scope details, opportunities, and efficiencies aligned with the programme's core objectives.- Experience managing stakeholders at a senior level.- Proficiency in presenting and reporting at the executive level, ensuring all deliverables are clear, concise, and devoid of ambiguity.- Creative thinking to overcome obstacles and achieve positive outcomes.
