Familiarity with TS2/TSYS platforms and API integrations is a plus.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and facilitate requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation.Conduct work breakdown sessions and collaborate with cross-functional teams.Perform story grooming and backlog refinement using Jira and Confluence.Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications.Work closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals.Apply advanced knowledge of system analysis and business processes.Support Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and reviews.Required SkillsCredit Card Domain Knowledge – Strong understanding of credit card operations, lifecycle, and systems.Business Systems Analyst Experience – 8–10 years of hands-on experience in business analysis and system design.Agile Methodology Expertise – Proven experience working in Agile environments with tools like Jira and Confluence.Nice to HaveExperience with TS2 or TSYS platforms.Familiarity with API integrations and data flows.Proficiency in SQL and query writing tools.
