About the Role: Business Analyst, CRM & Marketing Systems is responsible for managing issues & inquiries around CRM and Marketing area in Japan as the central hub and supporting various types of related key projects/system enhancements. The person in this position will have responsibility for system and support structure improvement co-working with multiple Japan business teams, US support organizations and vendors. The person will work under supervision of Sr. Business Analysts in CRM & Marketing and eCom. What You’ll Do: Partner with multiple business partners in Marketing (Mktg), Finance (Fin), Store Operations (Ops), Customer Relations (CR), etc.

, to understand the business request. Prioritize business’s needs and translate the business requirements into system solutions. Work directly with Japan and US (CRM & Marketing, GTS, PdM) team to improve and maintain CRM & Marketing related systems. Trouble shoot on CRM and Marketing related system services with 1st Level Help Desk, 2nd Level Support and vendors. Manage the relationship with multiple partners in Japan (System integrators, Helpdesk, Call Center Company), US GTS and Japan Marketing teams. Co-work with US counterparts on leading the implementation of system enhancements and new systems through the project life cycle.

Ensures deliverables such as Project Plan, Business Requirement, Functional/Technical design, Test Plan and coordinating each testing phase and support implementation. Organization Relationships: Establish excellent working relationship with Japan Marketing, Ops, CR, JOL. Managing & Working with multiple 3rd party vendors in Japan to support Japan CRM & Marketing systems. Develop and maintain the partnership with other Japan GTS, Marketing, US GTS, and US PdM. Who You Are: RequiredBachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years in System Support experience including analysis of business requirements, designing and developing of programs and testing.

Strong communication skills, verbal and written in Japanese and written in English Experience in working with System Helpdesk or Call centerExperience in customer facing applications/systemsDocumentation, Presentation and Facilitation skills. Proactive working style and flexible thinking for system enhancement and support. A strong team playerPreferredRetail Industry or Consumer goods industry knowledgeExperience in CRM systems, marketing automation and/or digital marketing systemsKnowledge of store operation is absolutely plusProject management skills in e-commerce/web systems area.
