Business Analyst – Cybersecurity / Insider Threat Program

Working with one of our leading financial clients, this role calls for a Business Analyst – Cybersecurity / Insider Threat Program to oversee the end-to-end requirements strategy for a large-scale Insider Threat / UEBA cybersecurity program. The successful candidate will bridge business, cybersecurity, and technology teams to ensure consistent documentation, alignment across delivery pods, and high-quality execution throughout the program lifecycle.Responsibilities:Define and manage the program-level requirements strategy across multiple delivery pods.Partner with executive stakeholders, product owners, and SMEs to translate business objectives into detailed JIRA epics and user stories.Coach and guide Business Analysts to ensure consistency in documentation standards, delivery methods, and best practices.Manage program-level risks, dependencies, and change impacts tied to requirements and delivery outcomes.Collaborate with cybersecurity and data analytics teams to support initiatives in Insider Threat and UEBA domains.Support tool and vendor selection processes (RFI/RFP) and ensure traceability of business benefits and requirements.Operate effectively in hybrid Waterfall and Agile delivery environments, maintaining transparency across all program streams.Desired Skill Set:10+ years of Business Analysis experience, including 5+ years in a lead or program-level capacity.Proven ability to operate independently and engage with senior leadership confidently.Strong exposure to Cybersecurity / Information Security programs with hands-on experience managing or writing requirements in infosec contexts.Solid background in IT program or project delivery (not limited to business process improvement).Strong understanding of technical and non-functional requirements.Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.Demonstrated ability to navigate complex, politically sensitive enterprise environments.Nice to Have:Experience with UEBA, Insider Threat Detection, or Threat Analytics platforms (e.g., Splunk, Securonix).Prior experience working on large-scale, multi-stream programs (>$100M budgets).Exposure to Agile + Waterfall hybrid delivery models.BeachHead is an equal opportunity agency and employer.
