DescriptionECS is currently undergoing a digital transformation in preparation for the company's further growth. We are evolving from a series of in-house applications to an integrated landscape of standard applications, supplemented with our own solutions. This mix forms the backbone of our current and future business operations.Within this context, we are looking for motivated colleagues who want to help build this future, including an experienced and driven Business Analyst who can bridge the gap between business and technology. In this role, the focus is on the applications that support our transport processes (the so-called ‘ECSelsior’ programme). Your impact As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for:Analysing business needs and drawing up functional specifications in order to respond to the needs of the business and business processes. Coordinating, implementing and monitoring product development from analysis to delivery, including testing, training and documentation for key users. Detailed analyses of functional requirements Drawing up and executing test cases, coordinating and following up on user acceptance tests, guiding key users in this process Drawing up key user documentation and training materials Training key users Continuously encouraging improvements in quality and efficiency with regard to the processes and tools used, in order to offer the end user optimal service. Monitoring planning, budget and quality within your domain. Working closely with suppliers, internal functional analysts within our IT department and the business to realise the entire application landscape in accordance with the needs of the business. Communication & Training for key users. Preparing, supervising and coordinating the go-live of the various applications. Transferring to the Service Desk (our support organisation) for further support after go-live. ProfileAre you... Someone who thrives on a pragmatic, solution-oriented and efficient approach? Master's degree or equivalent through experience An affinity with transport or logistics is a plus Strong affinity with IT applications and insight into business processes Experience with process analysis and optimisation; you have an analytical mind Experience with implementing ERP systems or TMS systems is a plus You work accurately, independently and remain calm under pressure You have strong communication skills and enjoy working with different teams You bring structure to your work in a sometimes unstructured environment Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) Apply onlineReady to take your career to the next level?
