Business Analyst Electronic Invoicing

Ready to deliver excellence with us?We're looking for a Business Analyst - Electronic Invoicing to join our team.What will you do?• Conduct interviews, workshops, and meetings with stakeholders to collect comprehensive business requirements.• Analyze existing workflows and processes to identify opportunities for improvement and increased efficiency.• Prepare clear and structured documentation, including business requirements, process maps, user stories, and functional specifications.• Collaborate with IT and operations teams to design, test, and implement solutions that align with business objectives.• Support data analysis efforts by developing data models, performing validation, and ensuring data accuracy and integrity.• Facilitate effective communication between business units and technical teams to maintain clarity and alignment.• Contribute to the development and delivery of training materials and user support documentation.• Track project progress, manage change requests, and monitor deliverables to ensure timely completion.What do you need to know?• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Economics, or related field• At least 1 year of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar position in the field of Electronic Invoicing (mandatory)• Demonstrated ability to evaluate business processes and convert requirements into clear technical specifications• Excellent communication skills in English (mandatory), proficiency in Portuguese is considered an advantage• Understanding of both Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies• Hands-on experience with data analysis, modeling, and data validation
