We currently have a vacancy for a Business Analyst fluent in English, to offer his/her services as an expert will be based in Brussels, Belgium. The work will be carried out either in the company's premises or on site at customer premises. In the context of the first assignment, the successful candidate will be integrated in the team of the company that will closely cooperate with a major client's IT team on site.Your Tasks:Analysis of Business requirements;Documentation of Business requirements;Business model analysis;Business process analysis;Functional requirements and business cases analysis;Risk analysis;Assistance in Business cases, Vision documents, Project Charters and Security Plans.RequirementsUniversity degree in IT or relevant discipline, combined with minimum 15 years of relevant working experience in IT;Minimum 10 years of specific expertise in functional analysis and IT Development domain;Experience with structured methodology to draft and review business requirements, extensive experience of ensuring the alignment of deliverables with the initial business requirements;Extensive experience in release management, planning, daily follow-up, quality control, support of the Project Manager;Good knowledge of analysis/modelling tools and techniques (use case diagram, state diagram, entity relationship model, interaction diagrams etc.);Knowledge of software development methodologies (e.g. RUP, Agile);Experience in the domain of the labour market is considered an asset;Excellent command of the English language.BenefitsIf you are seeking a career in an exciting, dynamic and multicultural international environment with exciting opportunities that will boost your career, please send us your detailed CV in English, quoting reference (19205/10/2025).We offer a competitive remuneration (either on contract basis or remuneration with full benefits package), based on qualifications and experience.
