You’ll transform data into insights, helping our team make smarter decisions and drive performance across channels and customers. Main Responsibilities:
Prepare monthly sales budgets by product, channel, chain, and representativeSupport forecast updates and identify SKU opportunities (overselling and underperforming)Develop and update monthly presentations for Key Account Managers (KAMs)Create templates and reports for business reviews and sales plansAnalyze YTD vs. budget vs. last year’s sales to identify growth opportunitiesMonitor seasonal performance during activations (Halloween, BTS, Christmas, Valentine’s Day, Easter)Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Trade Marketing, HR, Finance) and external stakeholders (Buyers, Category Managers)Take on additional tasks as assigned by managementWho we are looking for:
Bachelor’s degree required3+ years of experience in business analysis, sales support, or a related fieldProficiency in SAP, BW, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Retailink, and Retail SolutionsStrong analytical skills and attention to detailExcellent communication and presentation abilitiesAbility to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple prioritiesMust be fully English/Spanish bilingualHow to be successful in the role and at Ferrero: Consumers, quality and care are at the heart of everything we do.
