Where no two days are the same.Your roleAs a Business Analyst within our innovative governance project for a major energy distribution network operator in Liège, you will play a crucial role in their business transformation program. Working on the GIMSE project (Innovative Governance of Modeling for Network Operations), you will help revisit the methodology and organization of modeling operations for network management.In this role you will play a key role in:Documenting current business processes ("as is") and facilitating workshops to define target business processes ("to be") with energy distribution expertsOrganizing and leading meetings to identify and clarify needs, objectives, and business challenges in the context of network operations modelingDocumenting target processes according to the client's standards for integration into their enterprise mappingDrafting comprehensive Business Requirements and collaborating with functional analysts of impacted applicationsContributing to test plan definition and supporting UAT testing with business teamsAnalyzing the current state of IT tools (SAP and GIS) to formulate recommendations for optimization of network modeling operationsYour profileMaster's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related fieldExperience in business process analysis and optimization, preferably in utility or energy distribution sectorsStrong facilitation skills with the ability to lead workshops and extract key requirements from stakeholdersKnowledge of process mapping methodologies and toolsExcellent communication skills in both English and French (mandatory)Experience with SAP and GIS systems would be an advantageWhat You'll Love About Working HereHybrid working - We encourage flexibility when it comes to when and where works gets done.
