Business Analyst

Job Title: Business AnalystLocation: Singapore Employment Type: Full-timeAbout the RoleWe are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to evaluate business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and support data-driven decision-making. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, develop solutions, and support project implementation across the organisation.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, translating data into insights, and driving operational and strategic improvements.Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Requirements & AnalysisWork with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business requirements.Analyse workflows, processes, and systems to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.Translate business needs into functional specifications for technical and project teams.Data Analysis & ReportingAnalyse data to support business insights, performance tracking, and decision-making.Develop dashboards and reports using Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.Present findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders and senior management.Project Support & CoordinationSupport project planning, documentation, and execution.Participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing), ensuring solutions meet business requirements.Assist in change management, including communications and training materials.Process ImprovementConduct root-cause analysis to resolve operational issues.Recommend process enhancements and automation opportunities to increase efficiency.Work with cross-functional teams to implement improvements and monitor outcomes.Stakeholder ManagementCollaborate with IT, Operations, Finance, Marketing, Product, and other teams.Serve as a key liaison between business users and technical teams.Ensure timely updates, clear communication, and alignment on project goals.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.2–5 years of experience in business analysis, consulting, data analytics, or related roles.Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.Proficiency in Excel and data visualisation tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik).Experience with SQL, Python, or project management tools is an advantage.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.What We OfferOpportunity to work on high-impact projects across multiple business areas.Exposure to senior stakeholders and strategic decision-making.Career development pathways into Senior Business Analyst, Product Owner, or Project Manager roles.Competitive salary, benefits, and a collaborative working environment.
