Business Analyst

We’re looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong Salesforce and change management experience to join our Banking client across their online channel transformation programme.📍 Knutsford (Hybrid, 2–3 days onsite)💰 £405 per day (Inside IR35 - Umbrella)🕒 Contract until 31st December 2026You’ll play a key role in bridging business needs with technology delivery - leading workshops, defining requirements, and ensuring that Salesforce solutions meet stakeholder expectations.This is a long-term contract role ideal for a proactive BA who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative, and change-driven environment.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and facilitate workshops to gather, validate, and document business requirements.Engage with business stakeholders to understand current challenges, opportunities, and process gaps.Define and document As-Is and To-Be business process flows.Manage and prioritise change requests and requirements throughout the project lifecycle.Maintain accurate project scope documentation and ensure alignment between business and IT.Use Jira to track requirements, tasks, and changes.Support change management activities during system and data migration.Collaborate with Salesforce technical teams to ensure solutions align with business goals.Skills & Experience RequiredProven experience as a Business Analyst in large, complex environments.Strong background in requirements elicitation, stakeholder management, and workshop facilitation.Proficiency with Jira and other requirement-tracking tools.Demonstrable experience in documenting project scope, process flows, and change requests.Knowledge of change management principles and structured project methodologies.Understanding of APIs and data migration principles.Hands-on experience or background with Salesforce CRM (workflows, platform capabilities).Previous work in financial services or banking environments is highly desirable.Please note: due to the high volume of applications, we’re unable to respond to every applicant individually.
