Business Analyst

Position: Business AnalystCompensation: $40 - $45 /hourLocation: Kansas City, MissouriInceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Business Analyst to join their team!This exciting opportunity is perfect for a Business Analyst looking to make a significant impact in a company's data transformation journey. You'll bridge the gap between business priorities and technical implementation, working closely with Product Owners and delivery teams to refine business stories into actionable technical requirements. The role is ideal for someone with exceptional communication skills and technical fluency, who can navigate complex business and IT landscapes to create alignment across stakeholders.Key Responsibilities & Duties:Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teamsDevelop understanding of technical systems and business processesElicit user and technical requirements for new initiativesRefine business requirements into detailed technical requirementsCollaborate with architects and engineers to align requirementsSupport design of CI/CD pipelines and data transformation workflowsEnsure requirements support data-as-a-product principlesApply critical thinking to troubleshoot issues effectivelyRequired Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor’s degree or applicable experienceMinimum 4 years technical business analysis experienceKnowledge of agile development methodologyExperience with Atlassian Jira and ConfluenceAbility to write technical acceptance criteriaFamiliarity with data platforms and governanceExcellent oral and written communication skillsProven analytical and problem-solving skillsNice to Have Skills & Experience:Experience with GCP, Confluent, Kafka, and ApigeePerks & Benefits:3 different medical health insurance plans, dental, and vision insuranceVoluntary and Long-term disability insurancePaid time off, 401k, and holiday payWeekly direct deposit or pay card depositIf you are interested in learning more about the Business Analyst opportunity, please submit your resume for consideration.
