A Day in The Life Typically Includes: * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, coordinate, and provide regular status updates on the delivery of product enhancements and defect resolutions. * Lead the initiation of quality assurance testing by working closely with QA and development teams to validate solutions. * Develop comprehensive user-centric and business process-based test scenarios to ensure robust solution testing and troubleshooting. * Document and track project progress, issues, and resolutions, providing transparent updates to all relevant stakeholders. * Prepare and manage all process documentation and release requirements for product fixes and feature rollouts. * Facilitate regular stakeholder meetings to communicate project status, highlight risks or impediments, and align on priorities. * Support expectation management and decision-making processes related to product or patch releases. * Advocate for and integrate user experience considerations throughout the delivery lifecycle to ensure solutions meet end-user needs effectively. What You Will Need: * The candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. At least 3 years of working experience in the related field. * 2-4 years of experience in a Business Analyst or related role within software development, product delivery, or IT projects. * Experience working with cross-functional teams including QA, development, and product management. * Familiarity with software release processes, bug tracking, and quality assurance practices * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into clear requirements and test scenarios. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate and report to various stakeholders. * Detail-oriented with strong documentation and organizational abilities to track projects and releases. * Proficiency with collaboration and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, MS Office Suite). * Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies. * Ability to facilitate meetings, manage expectations, and drive decision-making among technical and business teams. * Awareness and appreciation of user experience principles to incorporate user-centric perspectives into solution validation.
