Guided by Nordic values and a user-centered mindset, we focus on quality, collaboration, and measurable impact.  Position: Business Analyst Intern (Paid Internship)  Work Type: Hybrid (Remote + Office)  Position Overview  As a Business Analyst Intern, you’ll turn business questions into clear requirements and actionable insights. You will work closely with product, engineering, and client teams in Sweden, Finland, and Sri Lanka to gather and analyse requirements, map processes, validate assumptions with data, and support delivery through documentation, dashboards, and testing. This internship is a hands-on opportunity to learn end-to-end product and project workflows in a fast-moving tech environment.  Key Responsibilities: Assist in drafting and formatting business proposals, and technical documentation. Participate in client meetings to gather and analyze business requirements. Prepare presentations, reports, and other supporting materials for internal and external stakeholders. Translate client requirements into clear and concise documentation for the technical team. Conduct basic market or competitor research to support business proposals. Maintain and update project documentation and ensure version control. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Development, Project Management) to ensure alignment of business goals. Support process improvement initiatives by documenting workflows and identifying potential enhancements.  Requirements: Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, Management, or a related field. Strong writing and documentation skills (business and technical writing). Proficiency in English (knowledge of Swedish is a plus).  Excellent communication and analytical skills. Attention to detail, organization, and ability to meet deadlines. Interest in technology, business development, and project management.  What We Offer  Real-world experience across discovery, analysis, delivery, and measurement.  Mentorship from experienced product managers, analysts, and engineers.  Opportunities to lead mini-initiatives and present insights to stakeholders.  Hybrid flexibility for a healthy balance between remote and office work.  Clear growth pathways, skill-building sessions, and teamwork culture.  Internship certificate and strong potential for a full-time offer upon completion.   📩 How to Apply  Send your CV and a short introduction email to hr@irusri.com with the subject line “Business Analyst Intern.”
