Key ResponsibilitiesWork with stakeholders to gather, analyse and document business requirementsTranslate business needs into functional specifications for configuration or development within EpicorSupport the design and optimisation of Epicor modules, including Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing and CRMConduct gap analyses to identify improvement opportunities and propose practical solutionsDevelop and maintain process documentation, workflows and training materialsAssist with testing activities including test planning, script creation and executionProvide day to day support, troubleshooting and issue resolution across the Epicor user baseWork with technical teams to oversee upgrades, patches and enhancementsDeliver user training and foster best practice adoption across departmentsEnsure system data integrity through monitoring, validation and governance activitiesSkills and ExperienceProven experience working with Epicor ERP in a business analyst or similar functional roleStrong understanding of core business processes such as procurement, inventory, production and financeAbility to gather and translate complex requirements into clear functional documentationExperience with configuration, customisation and reporting within EpicorFamiliarity with SQL, BAQs and dashboards is advantageousExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsStrong analytical and problem solving capability with attention to detailPersonal AttributesProactive and self-motivated with a continuous improvement mindsetComfortable working across multiple teams in a fast-moving environmentAble to manage priorities while delivering quality outcomes
