Business Analyst

We’re looking for a curious, proactive Business Analyst who dives deep into the business structure to understand and gather insights about the processes and requirements of the client. In this role, you’ll apply your knowledge and experience to analyze the entire system, business processes, key performance indicators and framing, maintaining up-to-date crucial documents. You’ll be constantly in the situation to come up with original insights and keep being the person who’s looking to assume ownership, voice your ideas, and see them come to life. In this role, you’re going to create user flows and diagrams, and manage JIRA tickets throughout their full lifecycle.What you’ll do:Analyze and document client requests in detail, translating them into clear business and functional requirements, while identifying dependencies and potential impacts on the current system designDefine end-to-end flows, including payment flows and third-party provider integrations, internal processing, and exception handlingIdentify dependencies across systems and ensure alignment between all integrated servicesEvaluate the impact of new requirements on existing modules, integrations, and business logicCollaborating closely with Product, Dev, QA teams to align on expected outcomes, and to clarify edge cases, validation rulesCreate and maintain diagrams, user flows, and system interaction maps to visualize platform behaviorMaintain a structured, well-documented knowledge base for ongoing projects, and defining flows (payment flows, 3rd-party integrations, etc.)Managing JIRA stories, epics, and tasks to ensure accurate implementation trackingSupport the Product Owner in backlog organization and sprint readiness by ensuring that all stories, subtasks, and epics are properly documented and kept up to date through deliveryWhat we’re looking for:Previous work experience as Business Analyst for 1-3 yearsGood knowledge of business analysis practices, techniquesSharp analytical and problem-solving skills, structured approachStrong ownership of deliverables and documentation qualityClear communicator who can bridge the gap between business and technical perspectivesComfortable adapting to shifting or evolving prioritiesIn-depth knowledge of Agile process and principlesDegree in Computer Science, Engineering or similar relevant fieldFluent in written and spoken EnglishSound like you?
