In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of our AI-driven, high-load transportation platforms. This position blends hands-on manual testing, advanced test automation, and quality leadership, giving you both the responsibility and the influence to shape how engineering quality is defined and delivered across Roslin’s growing European operations.What You’ll DoAs a Senior QA Engineer, you will:Design, create, and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test strategies across manual and automated environments.Perform manual testing while driving adoption of automation tools (Playwright or Cypress preferred) to improve efficiency.Ensure full coverage across functional, non-functional, performance, security, and usability testing.Collaborate with engineering and product teams to identify quality gaps, propose solutions, and measure improvements.Manage the full defect lifecycle: detection, documentation, root cause analysis, and closure.Use tools such as Linear, Git, and modern CI/CD pipelines to integrate QA into the development workflow.Anticipate potential risks and blockers, proactively working with stakeholders to mitigate them.Partner with leadership and peers to influence engineering culture and best practices across teams.Contribute to the QA strategy for SaaS applications in an agile environment.What We’re Looking For🛠 Technical Skills4+ years in manual testing, test case design, defect management, and risk mitigation.2+ years driving quality improvements across engineering teams.2+ years of automation experience (Playwright or Cypress preferred).Proficiency with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Git.Strong knowledge of multiple testing methods (clear box, backend testing) and levels (Unit, Integration, System, UAT).Experience with issue tracking and test case management tools (Linear or similar).📈 Relevant ExperienceProven background in manual + automation testing hybrid workflows.Experience with SaaS platforms and agile methodologies.Strong ability to context switch between manual and automated testing.Track record of root cause analysis and defect documentation.Success in leading initiatives that improved QA processes and outcomes.🤝 Soft SkillsProficient in written and spoken English.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to influence, collaborate, and gain buy-in across multiple teams.Proactive problem solver with a continuous improvement mindset.What We Offer💰 Competitive compensation🏙️ On-site/Hybrid work model from our office in Chisinau🚄 Opportunity to work on high-load, AI-driven platforms impacting thousands of real-time users daily🚀 Career growth with direct ownership of QA processes and influence on engineering best practices👨 💻 Collaborative, in-house engineering team with strong code review and mentorship culture🤖 Company-paid access to Claude Opus 4.1 and Codex GPT-5 for advanced AI-assisted development.🚄 Opportunity to work on high-impact, mission-critical projects for the US market from day one.Be part of a team where quality is mission-critical and your work directly shapes the reliability of platforms moving entire industries forward.📧 Send your CV to hr@roslin.us or apply directly via LinkedIn – your next challenge starts here!
