This is a role that blends analytical expertise, strategic thinking, and hands-on collaboration with commercial teams across the Nordic region.This would be a good opportunity if you like solving complex problems related to data, and wants to shape more efficient business processes for the future.You’ll work closely with Country Business Managers and commercial teams, reporting to the Nordic Finance Business Partner & Sales Operations Manager, with a dotted line to the Country Business Manager.It is a permanent position (heltidsanställning) with an initial trial period (provanställning). But we are open to discuss the flexibility here as well.This position will be primarily office based in Stockholm, but given the size of the organisation you will be plenty of colleagues that you are interacting with on a daily basis.What You’ll DoAnalyze revenue and gross profit performance, including price evolution and profitability trackingLead forecasting and budgeting processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business goalsWork across multiple data sources to produce detailed analyses, support decision-making, and identify risks and opportunitiesPrepare financial insights and presentations for leadership and business reviewsPartner with Marketing and Sales teams to set performance targets and optimize profitabilityProvide analytical support for pricing and tender strategiesContribute to reporting tool development, testing, and process improvement initiativesDrive standardization and continuous improvement in business analytics and operationsWho You AreDegree in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration3–5 years’ experience in a Business Analyst, Business Controller, or Sales Controller roleSolid understanding of revenue recognition and financial planning within the Nordic marketAdvanced skills in Excel and BI tools such as Power BI, SAP BPC, or BWExperience in healthcare, medical technology, or tender management is a plusNext StepsPlease click the ‘Apply’ button.
