Business Analyst

Job Title: Business AnalystExperience: 3–8 YearsJob Summary:We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions by analyzing requirements, defining system specifications, and supporting implementation efforts to ensure business goals are achieved efficiently.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.Work closely with development, QA, and product teams to ensure successful project delivery.Conduct process analysis and identify areas for improvement or automation.Develop use cases, workflows, and data models as part of solution design.Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and validate that solutions meet business needs.Prepare reports, dashboards, and insights to support business decision-making.Ensure alignment of project deliverables with business objectives and timelines.Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Required Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.3–8 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role.Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies.Experience using tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, Power BI, or Tableau.Excellent communication, documentation, and analytical skills.Ability to translate complex business problems into actionable requirements.Preferred Skills:Experience in domains such as finance, healthcare, e-commerce, or IT services.Knowledge of SQL and data analysis techniques.Certification in CBAP, CCBA, or Agile methodologies is a plus.
