Business Analyst onboarding and PDM

Keytrade Bank is looking for a Business Analyst to join our Onboarding & Personal Data Management team. In this role, you'll help improve customer journeys and internal processes linked to client onboarding and personal data handling. You’ll work closely with business and IT teams to translate needs into effective solutions.Your missions:Participate in the development of new projects related to trading, investing or savings, in collaboration with the Product OwnerCollect and analyze business requirementsWrite specifications and functional analysisCooperate with both I.T. and Operations teams (contact center, sales, Middle Office) and with other stakeholders (e.g. Legal&compliance, Finance, Risk, Security)Help in performing tests and follow-up on I.T. developmentAnalyze and find solutions dealing with specific issuesDefine and conceive improvementsYour profile:Bachelor or Master Degree in Finance/Economics or EngineeringPassionate about Banking and TradingAutonomous (you define and guide actions end-to-end)Proactive (you propose solutions)Experience in business analysisStrong analytical skillsVery polyvalentKnowledge about agile and scrum: knowing what makes a good user story and backlog management (being able to organize refinement sessions, helping assess business value, …)Being familiar with formal way of documenting business processes and the modelling skills that go with it: BPMN and/ or UMLGood writing and presentation skillsBeing able to understand how developers work and talk to themFluent in EnglishWe offer you:Keytrade Bank is a young and dynamic organization with a lean structure, that evolves in an Agile ecosystem.
