🔥 BUSINESS ANALYST FOR A HUGE GLOBAL AUTOMOTIVE LEADER – REMOTE WITH TRAVEL TO BRUSSELS ONCE OR TWICE A MONTH – 6-12 MONTHS + EXTENSION 🔥Location: Remote (travel once or twice per month to Brussels, Belgium)Start Date: November 2025Contract: 6–12 months (with extension)Rate: Up to €300/dayLanguage: EnglishAbout the Client: Our client is a leading global organisation within the automotive industry, recognised for its innovation, customer focus, and commitment to quality. They are embarking on an exciting project to enhance reporting capabilities and visibility across customer journeys at a European level.The Role: We are looking for a Business Analyst with strong analytical and stakeholder management skills to support the development of a reporting framework and dashboards. The role will bridge the gap between business and IT teams, ensuring reporting solutions effectively support strategic decision-making and improve customer experience.You’ll work closely with business stakeholders and IT teams to gather requirements, define reporting needs, and contribute to building dashboards that allow European markets to monitor and steer business performance across their network.Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with business stakeholders to capture, analyse, and document reporting requirements.Work with IT teams to translate business needs into functional reporting specifications.Support the design of dashboards and reports to monitor key customer journeys (e.g., Service Reminder, After-Sales, etc.).Ensure alignment of reporting initiatives at a European level.Present insights and recommendations to business leads to drive performance improvements.Act as a liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring smooth communication and understanding.Support basic project management activities, tracking progress and reporting on deliverables.Skills & Experience Required: 2–3 years’ experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within a multinational environment.Strong analytical mindset and business acumen.Understanding of customer journeys within the automotive sector (highly desirable).Ability to communicate effectively with both business stakeholders and IT teams.Experience working with Power BI (basic understanding – no development required).Familiarity with Jira or similar project management tools (nice to have).Experience in project coordination or management beneficial.Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).Based in or able to travel to Brussels once or twice a month.Please contact info@optimistech.co to learn more about this amazing opportunity!
