Contract: Business Analyst - EndurLocation: Geneva, Switzerland Competitive Market Day Rate on offer100% On-Site officeParitas is working with a large, global consultancy client who is looking to add a Business Analyst to their team in Geneva. Key Responsibilities:Provide direct onsite Endur support to business users, handling daily queries and resolving production issues.Independently own and manage support requests, ensuring timely and effective resolution.Diagnose and troubleshoot Endur issues, including trade lifecycle, settlements, risk reporting, and system performance.Liaise with traders, risk managers, and back-office teams to understand their needs and provide technical and functional solutions.Collaborate with IT teams and third-party vendors to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.Analyse recurring issues and work on proactive improvements to reduce future incidents.Perform system monitoring, health checks, and incident management for the Endur environment.Document issues and resolutions in the knowledge base to enhance future support efficiency.Provide training and guidance to users on Endur functionalities and best practices.Required Skills & Experience:Minimum of 10+ years of experience working on Endur. Added advantage if there is relevant experience in an Endur application maintenance or production support role.Strong understanding of Endur modules, including trading, risk, settlements, and reporting.Ability to independently manage support requests, prioritize tasks, and work without direct supervision.Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently.Familiarity with SQL queries and Endur data structures for debugging and issue analysis.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to support front office, risk, and operations teams.Experience working in a high-pressure trading environment with tight SLAs.Prior exposure to incident, problem, and change management processes in ITIL-based environments is a plus. Nice to Have:Exposure to crude and products.Knowledge of scripting or automation for support efficiency.Exposure to commodity or energy trading environments.
