Hiring Business Analyst for our client in Dublin.Role : Business analyst-PLM (Teamcenter/Windchill)Type: FTELocation : Dublin, Ireland.Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support the deployment of Robotic and Cobotic cells and process automation in our semiconductor Front End Fab The successful candidate will act as the bridge between engineering operations IT and external automation vendors to capture document and validate user requirements ensuring successful design and integration of automated solutionsKey Responsibilities Requirements Gathering Analysiso Engage with process engineers operators maintenance teams and automation engineers to understand existing workflowso Capture detailed User Requirements Specifications URS for Robotic and Cobotic automation of fab tools and processeso Translate business needs into functional and nonfunctional requirements Process Workflow Analysiso Map current manual workflows identify pain points and propose automation opportunitieso Support feasibility analysis for Robotic and Cobotic integration into fab equipment and handling systems Documentation Communicationo Produce clear structured documentation including User Requirement Specifications URS Business Process Models Use Cases User Stories Functional Requirements Documents FRDo Act as the central point of contact for requirement traceability from concept to deployment Stakeholder Managemento Collaborate with cross functional teams manufacturing quality IT EHS supplierso Facilitate workshops requirement reviews and signoff sessions Support Project Executiono Partner with project managers and system integrators to ensure requirements are meto Contribute to test planning User Acceptance Testing UAT and validation protocolso Ensure compliance with fab standards safety and regulatory requirements Key Qualifications Skills Educationo Bachelors degree in Engineering Computer Science Industrial Engineering Business or related disciplineo Advanced degree or certifications eg CBAP PMIPBA Lean Six Sigma is a plus Experienceo 5 years experience as a Business Analyst in a hightech or manufacturing environmento Prior exposure to semiconductor fabs automation robotics or Cobotic systems strongly preferredo Experience writing URS and functional specifications for automation or manufacturing projectso Familiarity with tool automation MES systems and integration with fab IT systems desirable Skillso Strong analytical and problem solving skills with ability to map complex workflowso Excellent communication skills written and verbal to interact across technical and nontechnical stakeholderso Proficiency with requirements management and modelling tools eg JIRA Confluence Visio BPMNo Knowledge of regulatory EHS and safety considerations for automation in cleanroom fabs Personal Attributes Detail oriented with structured thinking Comfortable working in fast paced high tech environments Strong facilitator who can bridge gaps between operator’s, engineers and IT Proactive with ability to identify risks and propose mitigations earlySkillsMandatory Skills : Estimation, Architectural diagrams, Siemens-Teamcenter, Aras PLM, Business Process Design, Mapping, Dassault Systems - 3D Experience, Dassault Systems - Enovia, Dassault Systems - Enterprise PDM, Dassault Systems – Smart team, Oracle - Agile PLM,PTC Windchill, Enterprise Roadmap / Strategy, TCO Evaluation, Point Of Views, AR_VR_MR
