Business AnalystLocation: Egham, SurreyHybrid: 2 days per weekSalary: Up to £50,000 doeWe are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join a technology driven SaaS company.You will be responsible for understanding the business goals that are addressed by technology-based initiatives and support the delivery of projects.Driving the real needs behind projects you will ensure that fit for purpose solutions are delivered on time within their dynamic environment.Key Responsibilities:Work closely with PO, Support and Sales teams as well as end customers to understand requirements and needsProduce functional, system and process requirementsDocument requirements as user stories with detailed acceptance criteriaDocument acceptance criteria in Gherkin formatProvide the link between customer and development teamExperience you’ll bring:Experience in an Agile environmentExperience as a Business AnalystExperience writing requirements as user stories and acceptance criteria in GherkinExperience of both internal and external customer interactionAbility to produce clear documentation and communicationExperienced with API based systems and on systems integration projectsAny experience in the logistics industry is a bonus!This is a permanent position with many projects lined up over the next few years and an exciting time to join a growing but established business.
