As a VC-backed organization, we are scaling rapidly and building an environment where innovation, collaboration, and customer impact take center stage.  Position Overview We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Business Analyst to support our Customer Success Managers (CSMs), streamline client onboarding, and provide post-deployment support. This role requires strong analytical capabilities, exceptional communication skills, and prior experience working with international clients.  Key Responsibilities Data Analysis & Reporting Pull, analyze, and interpret data to support business decisions. Build reports, dashboards, and metrics to track client and product performance. Generate periodic project monitoring reports and perform ad hoc analyses for clients. Client Onboarding & Support Collaborate with CSMs to ensure smooth client onboarding and implementations. Provide post-deployment support and troubleshooting assistance to clients. Act as a point of contact for data-driven queries and insights. Business Process & Documentation Document business processes using modelling methodologies. Identify gaps, propose improvements, and design new process flows. Ensure effective knowledge transfer and maintain documentation repositories. Cross-functional Collaboration Work closely with product, tech, and operations teams to communicate client requirements and feedback. Support project management activities by monitoring timelines, deliverables, and escalations. Contribute to product enhancement discussions by translating business needs into technical requirements. Additional BA Functions Conduct root cause analysis for client-reported issues. Perform market and competitive research to provide insights supporting client strategies. Support internal stakeholders with data insights to drive operational excellence.  Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 2–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in SaaS or client-facing environments. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills. Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and BI/Visualization tools. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience interacting with international clients. Ability to document requirements, processes, and workflows effectively. Flexible, adaptable, and proactive in a fast-paced environment.  What We Offer Exciting Career Growth: Be part of a VC-backed company building industry-defining technology. Cutting-Edge Environment: Collaborate with innovators and shape the future of fuel & convenience retail. Competitive Compensation: Market-leading salary and benefits aligned with your expertise. Collaborative Culture: Supportive, inclusive, and growth-focused workplace that encourages innovation. Location: Residency Road, Bengaluru, India Working Mode: Rotational Day Shift: 11 AM – 8 PM (Work from Office) US Shift: 6 PM – 2 AM (Work from Home)
