It’s an exciting time to join us and your strong analysis and online skills will be a welcome addition to the team!ResponsibilitiesWorking closely with the development teams, Product Owner/Manager and other stakeholders to conceive and execute on product initiativesPropose solutions that you can back up and explain to teams.Take the lead on allocated stories and drive stakeholders to consensusHelping to create and execute our plan for all our productsWorking collaboratively with business stakeholders to define priorities, build consensus, and coordinate product roadmaps and schedules across multi-disciplined teamsDriving business case development for strategic technical projectsFacilitating communication throughout the product development process across a variety of teamsAssisting with UX redesigns and ongoing improvements according to CIContributing to documentation (technical and design specifications)Discussing technical solutions with developers and providing innovative new ideas to solutionsMaintaining a high awareness of industry issues and trends, particularly in regard to accessibility, usability, and emerging technologies, and keep team members informed as appropriate, with a view to incorporating these in future projects and staying ahead of the market and position yourself and the company as a digital specialistConstantly seeking to develop yourself by learning new technologies and keeping abreast of markets developmentsQualifications And Experience4 plus years working with web UX, ecommerce or similarSystems/Business Analysis experienceAbility to query data sourcesExperience with consumer facing organisationsExperience in iterative software delivery methodologies – Agile, SCRUM, etc.Some knowledge and experience with HTML, XHTML, CSS programmingSome knowledge and experience with various database technologiesGood understanding of Web Accessibility and UXAttributes Self-motivatedResponsibleCan put yourself in a user’s shoesShow a high level of understandingA team playerHave a positive and proactive approachHas good communications skillsAttention to detail and the ability to consistently meet deadlinesSome tools that we likeFigma/SketchLoomJira/TrelloGoogle Docs/Sheets Draw.IO Our Employment Equity goals will be taken into account in our selection process.If we're blown away by your CV, we'll call you in for an interview.We'll give you a warm welcome, a quick test to challenge your mind and a chat to weigh up your skills and personality - simple, right?
