Business Analyst/Project Manager – EQD Derivatives OTC Transformation

Summary:We are seeking a Business Analyst/Project Manager to lead the transformation of our Equity Derivatives (EQD) OTC Chain Implementation Program. You will drive the migration from legacy systems to a modern global booking architecture, ensuring seamless integration, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder alignment.Key Responsibilities:Lead the strategy, cost analysis, and roadmap for the EQD OTC chain transformation.Oversee legacy system decommissioning and migration to a global booking chain architecture.Document front-to-back processes, local specifics, and regulatory requirements.Manage project timelines, vendor relationships, and stakeholder engagement.Define IT architecture, data strategy, and API integration.Drive change management, training, and support for business users and IT teams.Core Competencies:Strong capital markets knowledge, particularly in FICC instruments (FX, Rates, Credit) and EQD derivatives.Experience in front-to-back projects, including booking, P&L, risk, and post-trade functions.Proven leadership, communication, and analytical skills in a global, matrixed environment.Hands-on experience as a Business Analyst or Developer in banking or financial services.Familiarity with Agile/Waterfall methodologies and IT architecture transformation.Preferred Qualifications:Experience in e-invoicing projects and legacy system migration.Prior leadership of global BA teams and EQD derivatives OTC products.Knowledge of regulatory compliance (e.g., EMIR, Dodd-Frank, MiFID).
