Business Analyst, RBS Cross Border Program

Cross Border business simplifies the cross border shopping process by clearing customs on the customer’s behalf and by guaranteeing that the customer will not have to pay any additional duties and import fees beyond what is shown at checkout. RBS Cross Border team’s vision is to empower customers to “Stay Local, Shop Global” with an objective to improve cross border customer experience and maximize the revenue potential of cross border ASINs by fixing cross-listing, Buyability, discoverability and detail page conversion defects at scale.Key job responsibilities Design, develop and maintain scaled, automated, user-friendly reports, dashboards, etc. that will support our business needs. Partner with operations/business teams to consult, develop and implement KPI’s, automated reporting/process solutions, and process improvements to meet business needs. Enable effective decision making by retrieving and aggregating data from multiple sources and compiling it into a digestible and actionable format. Prepare and deliver business requirements reviews to the senior management team regarding progress and roadblocks. Participate in strategic and tactical planning discussions. Excellent writing skills, to create artifacts easily digestible by business and tech partners.Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent Experience with SQL or ETL Speak, write, and read fluently in English Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights 2+ years experience in business analytics, data analytics, etcPreferred Qualifications Experience working with Tableau Experience using very large datasetsOur inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
