MAIN PURPOSERichemont is seeking a highly motivated and talented Product Analyst to join our Retail Engagement team. In this role, you will leverage your retail experience to support the applications design and optimization of digital solutions for Richemont’s luxury Maisons.As a Product Analyst, you will be responsible for gathering business needs, translating them into functional specifications, and ensuring alignment between business expectations and technical delivery. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across different countries and time zones, acting as a bridge between business and technical teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.Reporting to the Technical Team Lead, you will also work closely with Product Owners, Project Managers, Quality Assurance (QA) Engineers and Developers to ensure the success of one or multiple applications simultaneously.Key ResponsibilitiesGather business requirements and assess them in terms of business value and ROI.Conduct impact assessments and identify dependenciesCreate detailed business analyses, outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions.Write and update functional specifications (FUS), wireframes, business rules, and data migration plans.Ensure specifications are clearly communicated and understood by both business and technical teams.Support the QA and Test Managers in defining test strategies and verifying business requirements.Review functional implications of technical decisions.Facilitate decision-making and resolve conflicts related to requirements and solution design.Lead workshops and design sessions to gather input and foster alignment.Act as a subject matter expert on Retail digital solutions.Participate in Agile ceremonies as applicable (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, grooming, reviews, retrospectives).Required Skills & QualificationsTechnical Skills 4+ years of experience in Business Analysis role.Proven experience in writing functional specifications and user stories.Solid understanding of both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.Experience with Confluence, Jira, and Zephyr.Experience with Retail applications and how to design and optimize them.Knowledge of service delivery and IT project management practices.Technical aptitude and ease working in technology-driven environments.Soft SkillsStrong customer service orientation and attention to detail.Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking.Clear and professional communication across multicultural teams.Proactive, self-motivated and eager to learn.Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced Agile environment.Education & Language  Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field.Fluency in English is required. French or other languages are a plus.
